LAUREl adobe, home remodel
CARMEL VALLEY, CALIFORNIA
The design intent of this project for two long-time wine makers was to bring the original adobe spirit of this family heirloom home back after it was covered over by a 1960's era formica kitchen remodel. 
Through sensitive updates, tying in with original architectural elements and re-using old world details like the original redwood panelling for the a new hand-made kitchen, we updated this home in a way that feels refreshing as well as honoring of its old world essence.
